If you’ve received a gift from Glow Gifts and an item is broken or not working properly, please contact us and we will send you a new one faster than a speeding bullet. If you’ve placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to honor your request.
If you purchased an item in one of our retail locations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. All Seasonal and Sale Items are non-refundable.
All classes are non-refundable but we will issue a credit towards another class if you cannot attend.

- Glow Gifts LLC accepts payment from all major credit cards. When you submit an order online or in one of our retail locations, you authorize Glow Gifts LLC to charge your credit card.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery and possible return of any products ordered from Glow Gifts LLC. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you feel you deserve a refund, we will gladly do so. Please contact us at 503.583.GLOW (4569) to issue a refund.
